It is notified for the information of all such NEET UG, 2020 candidates, whose details may not be mentioned in the list of candidates to be provided by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India after the declaration of the result by the National Testing Agency (NTA), because they have shown their residence other than UT of J&K but originally belong to the UT of J&K and Ladakh are hereby advised to report personally or
through their authorized representative in the BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar along with following documents so that they are included in the Merit List of NEET UG, 2020 candidates of UT of J&K:-
NEET Admit Card.
Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh.
10+2 Marks Certificate.
Date of Birth Certificate (matriculation).
Category Certificate, if any.
Residence proof where at present residing.
Affidavit to the effect that they have not opted for All India Quota.
