Chilblains (shoooh شھو) are not dangerous, however they may get very uncomfortable And during changing winters it is common in Kashmir.
They may not need any treatment and cure on their own Avoid touching or scratching the affected areas. Ask your doctor to recommend some cream or medication to ease the inflammations.
How to avoid them:
▪️Avoid extremes of hot 🔥 and cold ❄️ – try to stay in ambient temperatures.🌡️
▪️Wear gloves 🧤 when you’re out in the cold.
▪️ Keep feet 👣 warm with fleece-lined shoes or boots, but avoid tight 🧦 socks.
▪️ keep away from draughts. 🚫
▪️ Wash your hands 👐 in warm water 💦, rather than hot.
▪️Drink plenty of warm drinks 🍹 or soup. 🍜
▪️Get your circulation going with some gentle exercise. 🤸
