All of us know that with the abrogation of article 370 and 35A, internet and other services has been snapped and now 4G internet speed is still barred in J&K from 05 August 2019. 2G internet service was restored in the UT ahead of the spread of Covid19 virus for the awareness purpose among the common masses. With this spread of deadly virus every place of the world disturbed and people were advised to stay at their homes for the safety of the health and educational institutions were also closed, which was the need of time. As these circumstances are still with us and it was decided to provide online education for the students throughout the world. But unfortunately in our J&K, this online education became feverish on this low speed of internet. As government have not still decided to reopen educational institutions in Kashmir valley and on the other hand they had decided to continue the ban of high speed internet. High officials and rich people are using high speed internet through fibre and other sources. This low speed internet has turn out to be challenge for common students belonging to poor or middle class families. Now there is question that administration is claiming that high speed internet has been barred in UT due to security reasons but there is also question emerging here that fibres can be misused by miscreants.
Today’s student is the future of tomorrow and how administration is compromising with the future of nation and lakhs of students are facing misery due to some people.

Administration has never provided attention towards this issue and it seems that
government is not interested in the issues of J&K students. When these students will face these challenges today and what will be their perception regarding the administration in future, how they will believe in the constitution of the country. How these students will lead to the country and it is matter of concern that where these students will lead future of state, how much intellectuals they will be when they lost their interest from studies due to the poor internet connection. Have administration ever talked about the loss of students of J&K, have ever administration tried to take note of the queries and concerns of the students. What steps have been taken for the students so that they can compensate their loss of studies ?

Now enough is enough, now administration should reopen the educational institutions throughout the UT to avoid further loss and
now students don’t need high speed internet. If we talk about the Kashmir valley climate is not adequate this time but it will improve day by day and from the month of February students can attend educational institutions with the proper guidelines regarding covid19.

Students should be given proper instructions for the safety of health and should be allowed to come back to their educational institutions.
