The candidates are required to bring originals of the following testimonials along-with than on the schedule date and time
Attempt Certificate of all examinations of MBBS Issued by the University.
Distinction/Honour /Medal/Academic merit certificate, If any.
House Job certificate (.Junior/Senior) Issued by the concerned
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Certificate.
Professional publications in standard medical journals.
MBBS degree and Internship completion certificate. Service Certificate Issued by the Director Health Services, Jammu /Srinagar.
