IUST Kashmir Viva-Voce/ Presentation for admission to Ph.D. Programmes 2021
In reference to the Admission Notification (Ph.D.) No. 01 of 2021 Dated: 12-01-2021, the candidates bearing following form numbers having qualified entrance test(s) and have been shortlisted (wherever applicable), for viva-voce/ presentation.
The candidates are advised to appear before DRC (Departmental Research Committee) as per the schedule given below :

The candidates shall prepare synopsis on the topic of their own interest and present the same before the (DRC) Departmental Research Committee and accordingly submit a hard copy of their synopsis in the Department on the day of Viva-voce/ Presentation.
The call to viva-voce/ presentation is strictly provisional, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria as determined by the university and production/ verification of the original documents. In case of any discrepancy found at any point of time, the University reserves the right to cancel/ modify such selection/ admission thereof.
The candidates shall report to their concerned departments, IUST Campus Awantipora on scheduled date and time alongwith all original documents and copies thereof. In case any candidate fails to report within the stipulated time or fails to produce required documents, his/her candidature for selection shall not be considered.
