Date of availability of online application form: 25.10.2021
Last date for submission of online application form: 15.11.2021
Last date for submission of hardcopies of the application form: 20.11.2021
Note: The candidature of the candidate shall be rejected if hard copy of the duly filled in downloaded Application form along with required documents is not submitted within the stipulated date.
