SUBJECT: Provisional selection list of eligible candidates for admission to GNM course 2021: (Upgradation / allotment 2nd round of physical counselling thereof).

Notification No. 128-BOPEE of 2021 Dated: 19-11-2021
Pursuant to Notification No. 117-BOPEE of 2021, dated 03-11-2021, the Board conducted 2nd round of upgradatlon / allotment (physical) counselling of eligible candidates who have applied for GNM Course 2021 from 08-11-2021 to 18-11-2021 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar / Jammu simultaneously. The candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been
allotted seats as per their merit cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to GNM course 2021 in various colleges of UT of J&K as per Annexure-”A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board www.jk-
bopee.gov.in only. The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted colleges / institutions from 20-11-2021
to 29-11-2021 upto 4:00 P.M positively alongwith the following documents / certificates:-
1. Marks card of 10+2;
2. Date of Birth certificate of 10th class.
3. Domicile certificate.
4. Category certificate if any.
5. Medical Fitness certificate cate.
6. Any other certificate / document as required by the college authorities.
It shall be sole responsibility of the colleges / lnstitutions to ensure proper check and veri cation of documents / eligibility
as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines before the candidates are allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules:-
In order to complete admission process within the prescribed cut-of date (29-11-2021) the colleges / institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays / of days and designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete the admission process well in time. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last date to complete the admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
The Heads of the Colleges / Institutions are requested to furnish the shortfall, if any, to the Board through e-mail at helpdeskiakbopee@gmail.com / jakbopee@gmail.com / coejakbopee@gmail.com on 30-11-2021 upto 5.00pm.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).
2. The concerned college / institutions shall ensure that, any person with disability, if selected in open merit or some other reserved category, constitute a Special Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which colleges shall take further necessary action. In ease any such candidate does not ful ll the bench marks of eligibility, he / she shall not be admitted to the course/college and the matter shall be reported to the J&K BOPEE.
3. For fee / documents required for admission in the College / Institute, the provisionally selected candidates are advised
to contact concerned college / institute before the last date of admission as xed by the Board (29-11-2021).
4. Pursuant to the circular No. JKPMC-21/131/7386-7456, dated 13-09-2021 issued by the President, J&K Para Medical Council, Jammu, the Heads of the Institutions are advised to release the documents / fee to the upgraded candidates who are shifting from one institutions / College to other in GNM Course without any loss of time.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in notifications / notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
