Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021 notification has been released on the official website, The recruitment procedure would start on December 6, 2021, on the official website. Candidates can find more details on joinindiancoastguard.gov.in.
Candidates should note that the recruitment process would start for the post of Assistant Commandant, Group A Gazetted Officer. The branch for which the recruitment process would start are- General Duty, Commercial Pilot Entry, Technical Engineering, and Entry. In order to apply for the branch of General Duty and Commerical Pilot Entry, candidates should have been born between July 1, 1997, to June 30, 2003.
To apply for Technical, Engineer, and Electrical branches, candidates should be born between July 1, 1997, to June 30, 2007. Candidates should note that certain age relaxations are allowed. For SC, ST candidates, the upper age relaxation is of 5 years. Further, for OBC candidates, the upper age limit is up to 3 years. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification released by Indian Coast Gaurd before applying for the posts.

Candidates should note that while applying for the post they have to fill the application form from joinindiancoastguard.gov.in with necessary details such as Education Qualification, Date of Birth, and other details. Candidates should keep a copy of the application form for more details. Candidates should note that the selection procedure would consist of a Preliminary Examination.
The Preliminary Examinaiton would be conducted supposedly in January 2022. Candidates should note that the admit card for the Preliminary Examination would be conducted on December 28, 2021. The Preliminary Examination would consist of Mental Ability, Cognitive Aptitude Test, Discussion Test, and others. Further, candidates who qualify for the Preliminary Examination would be called for the Final Selection test. It should be noted that the Final Selection process would be conducted tentatively from early February to April 2022. It should be noted that the Final Selection process would consist of Psychological Test, Group task and interview.
