Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are domicile of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for session January 2022 for:
Admission to six months Certificate Programme in Community Health from Ayurvedic/ Unani Graduates, BSc or GNM Nursing and Direct placement as MLHP/ CHO from BSc integrated course.
The applicants who are strictly willing to serve in rural and hard to reach areas of UT of J&K at Sub- Centre level should only apply (In-service Regular/ Contractual candidates are not allowed to apply).
The Certificate Programme in Community Health course shall be conducted through IGNOU for selected Ayurvedic graduates/ BSc or GNM Nursing in Programme Study Centres at Govt. Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, District Hospital, Udhampur, District Hospital, Kathua and District Hospital, Rajouri in Jammu Division and District Hospital, Anantnag, District Hospital, Baramulla and CHC,Kupwara in Kashmir Division. For selected Unani graduates, the course shall be conducted through Directorate of Lifelong Learning, University of Kashmir in Programme Study Centres at District Hospital, Pulwama, District Hospital, Kulgam, District Hospital, Ganderbal and II-NM Hospital, Srinagar.
Selected candidates from BSc Integrated course who are willing to serve in rural and hard to reach areas shall be posted directly as MLHP / CHO, subject to successfully qualifying the common entrance test (CET).
How to Apply :
The interested eligible candidates are advised to submit the application forms complete in all respects by or before 12-01- 2022 till 4:00 pm in the office of State Health Society, at Regional Institute of Health & Family Welfare, Nagrota, Jammu for Jammu division and Division Office, NHM, Ground Floor, Block-A, Old Secretariat Srinagar for Kashmir division.

BAMS/ BUMS from a recognized Institute/ University and strictly willing to serve in rural & hard to reach areas of UT of J&K.
Staff Nurses with Diploma/ Degree in BSc/ GNM Nursing from a recognized institute and strictly willing to serve in rural & hard to reach area of UT ofJ&K.
Maximum age limit 45 years as on 31-12-2021.

Direct Placement as MLHP /CHO :

with integrated course from a recognized university.
