On behalf of District Health Society (National Health Mission) Rajouri, the all eligible Candidates are hereby informed they can come for Walk-In for interview on o 17-05-2021 for hiring of Services for following categories of posts for a period of three months extendable upto six months for management of COVID-19 under emergency response and health system preparedness package (ECRP).

- Pharmacist – 03 Posts

- 1. Date of Birth Certificate
- 2. Marks Certificate of 10th
- 3. Marks Certificate of 10+2
- 4. Basic/ essential qualification certificates.
- 5. Degree/ Diploma of requisite Qualification.
- 6. Marks sheet of all years/one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the Degree /Diploma.
